| (A minimum of 40 patrons must be present for the pool to stay open to the public during public swim.) |
| *YOUTHS AND CHILDREN 11 YEARS OF AGE AND UNDER MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT. |
| **CHILDREN WHO ARE NOT YET TOILET TRAINED MUST WEAR SWIM DIAPERS. |
PRIVATE POOL PARTIES |
The Vinton Municipal Pool
is available on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and some weekday
evenings for private
pool parties. Please call 540-983-0644
for further information regarding availability and cost. Pool rentals
are payable during regular pool hours beginning May 26, 2009, at the
Vinton
Municipal
Pool, 814 Washington Avenue, Vinton. |
SWIMMING CLASSES
|
Beginner and Intermediate
Classes will be offered at the Vinton Pool. Other classes, such as
an adult class, may be added
based on demand (call to inquire). Swim
classes will be held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays for 2 consecutive
weeks. Cost
for the classes is $50.00 per participant, per session. The fee must
be paid in person and in full at the time of
registration. Class
registrations are payable during regular pool hours beginning May 26,
2009, at the Vinton Municipal Pool, 814 Washington Avenue, Vinton.
Swim classes will be offered during the mornings and evenings July 14th through 23rd and July 28th through August 6th. The cost is $50.00 for 6 lessons that run consecutively Tuesday through Thursday. Beginner and Intermediate levels will be taught.
